Description of the Phase-II system status
After the relocation, the user applied the DID function, required to keep the original number resources, and applied 2,000 numbers.
According to SS7 signal scheme provided by Shanghai Telecommunication, 10 E1 lines are supporting by the design (applied 5 lines as shown within the red frame). Add a set of outside SS7 signaling conversion equipment, distribute 2 Links and 1 point code for SS7 signaling gateway. The first 2 SS7 links are link terminals, the other 8 SS7 E1 liens are pure telephone lines, and can be directly linked to Avaya switches . The first 2 links are used to manage the calling information of the 8 E1 lines (that is to say that, the first 2 lines are voice lines, and are also used to manage the voice conversation of the 8 lines. In this way, SS7 signaling connection and DID voice outbound and inbound calling calls can be realized. The line connection is shown as the following picture (Interface: BNC).

After the relocation, the user required to use IP telephone sets. It is estimated that the number of the future users can reach 2000-2500. There are some capacity limits of IP user in the current Definity G3si system, and the maximum IP capacity is less than 1500. Therefore, system upgrade is required in Phase-II, and the system is to be upgraded from Definity G3si to S8700 Media Server. The maximum IP capacity of S8700 Media Server is 12,000, and S8700 system has the redundant backups, which strengths the stability of the system.

In addition, considering that the current billing system only calculate charges related to Definity G3si of PuDong Office, to meet the billing needs of two interconnected switches and future expansion, Matlock Telecom adopted the MTS TAB. IT billing software scheme.
MTS TAB.IT billing software is enable to collect data from several communication sources, analyze and dispose voice data. It supports traditional switches, VoIP, mobiles, IP gateway equipments, IP telephone and telephone cards. Users can realize online management and create call statements via the network.
Application analysis of MTS TAB.IT billing software:
MTS TABS.IT server supports billing of hundreds and thousands of extensions;
Two data sources. TABS.IT collects CDR every 1 or 2 hours;
The central point Definity G3si equipments are connected with S8300/G700 via WAN.

Avaya New-Generation Enterprise IP Solution (ECLIPS)

Network central nodes select Avaya S8700 communication server as the core switch of media gateways to control and manage calls, process voice calls and routes in all branches, and provide the number conversion. Network nodes in other branches can be connected to the call center via the financial private network. It uses G600 or G700VoIP media gateway, and is responsible for local calls. The central node provides the concentrated system management software package, manages IP trunk, E1 trunk and analog trunk of all media gateways, modifies the configuration and monitors faults. It carries out detailed bill statistics in the network center, and carries out detailed bill statistics of all calls via S8700 and G700 gateway.
